An on-site maintenance contract gives your company the peace of mind that there will always be someone on hand when something goes wrong with your computer equipment.

If the issue cannot be fixed over the phone or via remote access, then our Microsoft Certified Engineers will visit your premises within 8-working hours of your first call to us.

On-Site maintenance contracts are charged at one fixed price each year payable in advance. The price is based on the number of Servers, Workstations & Laptops that you wish us to cover. There is no limit as to the amount of times you can call us during the contract term.

Our contracts are fully inclusive of all call out and labour charges, however if any hardware needs to be replaced which is not under warranty then we would charge accordingly. All additional hardware is quoted for and you will always know in advance what the expected cost would be.

Standard response times are 8-working hours. However we also strive to address critical issues such as "server down, company cannot work" as a priority and aim to be with you within 2-4 working hours.
